Hi, I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. When is the right time to set up my portable greenhouse outside? I’ve always started seeds indoors and am afraid to start them outside. What do I need to be aware of in starting in a portable greenhouse?

This page gives you a good guide on when to start seeds in a greenhouse, based on the number of weeks before your average last frost date. It varies by type of plant.

I have a somewhat wooded lot and have made a spot for my potential greenhouse. This spot is sorrounded by 60-70ft hardwood trees. The sun filters through the leaves and is not what I would call direct sun which I think is great because I live in Atlanta which gets to tripple digits sometimes in the summer!
Question is should I cut my trees down to allow direct sunlight? Best Regards AB
